My family and I thank you so very much. There are no words to describe your kindness and thoughtfulness. I applaud you. My family and I really appreciate you and Grace refers to you as Bishop Hilda. I met Bishop Hilda Abban for the first time in December 2019, when I was graduating from Bible School. Little did I know that meeting her would be one that would go a long way into my future. I got the opportunity to come study in the United Kingdom for the September intake 2020, however, I was financially incapacitated at that time since I had spent a lot of money on my late father’s funeral about two months prior to my preparation to come study in the UK. Bishop through the church paid for my accommodation to enable me to secure a place so I do not get stranded when I arrive in the UK. During my arrival and stay here in the UK, her guidance counseling and pastoral support made me settle in fast enough to get comfortable with UK living. During every festive period since I arrived, she has always invited me over to Northern Ireland to celebrate with her so I do not feel left out and isolated. Bishop has supported me spiritually through prayers, sending me groceries periodically as well as financial support for my upkeep from time to time and I do call her for advice whenever I feel down since I have no other family here in the UK. The support Bishop has provided towards my living in the UK has been exceptional and I am thankful to the Lord for making me meet her. I know when she is provided with more support, she can expand her support base to more people.

After some months we began fighting, finally broke up and he sent me packing. I was heartbroken and devastated as I had no one to lean on for support. I became depressed and suicidal and that was when I was introduced to Bishop Hilda Abban of The Rock Ministries. She took me in and assisted me in every area of my life. She supported me with prayers, advice, financially and even helped me get a job. With time I overcame the depression, built up my confidence and got healed from emotional trauma. I am now a happy Caregiver and offer love and help to those in need. Without the involvement of Bishop Hilda Abban and The Rock Ministries, my life would have gone down the hill. I am very grateful to Minister Hilda for her support and help physically, spiritually, mentally and emotionally. This support has been ongoing since she got to know me and my family. She is a person who helps immigrants and is very attentive in supporting many people. During my marriage problems when I encountered domestic violence she was a great support in walking us through these traumatic experiences. She always provided guidance and support to my family. She provided guidance with resettlement in the UK when we arrived initially. She also provided food and clothes parcels for us on a monthly basis. She has been a tremendous blessing to my family.
